Since this is the snow industry, info like that changes daily, but as far as I know EESA is not going to be shipping their 2010 product and calling it quits with base layering. A good friend of mine is the EESA rep in the NW and he was the one who told me about it. It sounds like they are still going to try and be a custom sock company though. Check with your reps, ask them if they've ever been paid their full commissions earned on EESA and what the future looks like. I'm interested to hear what the buzz is in other territories...
