There’s no denying it, girls are going to buy this snowboard based solely on the fact that it has a Matix logo on it. The sad part is, they will never know about all the amazing technology that has gone into the Ride Canvas Snowboard.
New for the 2010 season is Ride’s version of reverse camber. The Canvas incorporates Ride’s LowRize Rocker, a minimal amount of reverse camber, that lifts just your contact points off the snow to give you a smooth, catch-free ride without sacrificing any pop.
In addition to the LowRize Rocker, the Ride Canvas also has a special sidecut that is adjusted exclusively for rocker technology. The LowRize Sidecut gives you a less hooky feel and better tracking.
The Canvas is a high-end, twin tip snowboard featuring all of Ride’s latest tech. The Membrain topsheet makes it super lightweight, while the Pop Stix give it that extra snap to make it a fun and responsive snowboard.
