K2 Fling Snowboard 2010
A few years ago my boyfriend was obsessed with the K2 Darkstar and thought that it would be a great board for the ladies as well. After talking to some of the engineers over at K2, they finally made it happen. The K2 Fling was new to the women’s snowboard collection for 2009 and Just as BJ had predicted, the ladies were stoked to get a women’s version of the K2 Darkstar.
The K2 Fling has a medium flex and a twin tip shape and is perfect for the girl who wants a park board, but still wants it to be stable enough for all-mountain shredding. Featuring the women’s specific Rhythm core and carbon torsion forks, the K2 Fling is snappy and forgiving in all snow conditions.
Product Review: This is the board I ride on spring days when I’m mainly dorking around in park. I love that it’s soft enough for me to try and butter around on, but still holds an edge when I get sick of wrecking myself and need to cruise groomers.
